How many pills should you take a day and what time should it be taken

Pro-Anadrol contains 50 mg/tablet and the daily dosage is about 50 mg (one tablet). Some people use 100 mg (two tablets) per day but if you’re a beginner, I strongly recommend starting with only one tablet. In fact, you may even start with half a tablet (25 mg/day) because Anadrol is an extremely powerful steroid that is offering very powerful effects.
It’s best to use it twice a day because it has half-life of 9 hours. Such as in the morning and in the evening. If you use 50 mg/day, use 25 mg AM and 25 mg PM. But a lot of people use the entire daily dosage once a day. In whichever the case, you should try using one dosage 30-60 minutes before strength training as a “pre workout”.
